Right now the only thing we collect is an email address, so that we can tell you when we open.
When you join the waitlist or apply as a founding teacher, we collect what you type into the form:
We also collect anonymous, aggregated page statistics — how many people visited, which pages, roughly where from. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. The waitlist is for adults — parents, guardians, teachers, and adult learners. Please don’t submit a child’s name or email. If you believe a child has submitted information, write to us and we will delete it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train models.
Our own team, and the service providers who run our infrastructure — hosting, database, and email delivery. They process it on our instructions and nothing more. Data may be stored in the United States and in Israel, where our team works.
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we’ve been closed for two years — whichever comes first. If you never confirm your email, we delete the entry within 90 days.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also write to [email protected] and ask us to delete everything we hold about you. We’ll do it within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to see what we hold, correct it, or object to how we use it. Same address — just ask.
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
When Bubblesson launches as a product, this policy will be replaced by a fuller one covering accounts, payments, and learner data. We’ll email the waitlist before that happens.
